Please also submit the following requirements on or before May 27, 2024 (Monday), as printing of IDs is already ongoing.
- A high-resolution 2×2 colored photo in PNG format, white background Filipiniana or Barong Tagalog attire.
- A high-resolution copy of your electronic signature in JPEG format in white background.
