𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
– Application Form for PIIE Membership
– Application Form for CIE
– TOR (Original and Photocopy)
– Diploma (Original and Photocopy)
– PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
– Curriculum Vitae
– 2pcs of 2×2 colored photo with white background, preferably in business / corporate attire
Submit the above requirements either personally or via courier to Unit 3410, Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower, 2210 Don Chino Roces Ave., Makati.
𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
– When diploma has not been issued yet by the academic institution, a certified true copy of certificate of graduation from the Registrar shall be submitted.
– Send the original or authenticated copy of your TOR, Diploma or Certificate of Graduation, and PSA Birth Certificate upon submission of the application.
– Additional 2 years of the membership fee, oath-taking fee, and registration fee will be charged upon passing the exam and must be paid prior to the oath-taking ceremonies.
– All applicants for the 15th CIE exam are REQUIRED TO REGISTER USING THE ABOVE GOOGLE FORM
